When you identify an issue in your Saddle Up program, the problem will often suggest its own solution.

However, there may be times when things aren’t that simple. In such cases, gather your G2P team or elders and use the following questions to help you discover the best solution.

• What is the problem?
• What is the cause?
• What are some possible solutions?
• What are the probable outcomes?
• Which solution is best?
• How will it be implemented?
• Who will implement it?

Answering these questions will generate quality solutions that will help you keep Saddle Up on track.
