G2P Leadership Guide
When your key leaders have captured the vision, it is time to put the pieces in place that will help you to successfully launch G2P in your church. This must be a team effort, not an individual endeavor. Be sure to involve your elders and/or core group in this process.
Here are some things that need to be in place before launching G2P:
- One or more small groups.
- A process for joining small groups.
- One or more ministry teams.
- A policy and process for joining ministry teams.
- A list of current ministry needs.
- A brief history of your church.
- A list of important church policies.
- User guides & icons. (Customized)
- Trained leaders.
