Membership Roll-Out

Now that your leaders have completed the Saddle Up training, it is time to prepare for the “official” roll-out.

If you have not already done so, make sure you have nailed down every detail of your first Saddle Up class.

• When will it be held?
• Where will it be held?
• Who will lead it?
• How long it will last?
• Will food be provided?
• Will there be childcare?
• Will there be a charge?
• Are there plenty of materials?

These are the details that will determine whether your first Saddle Up will be perceived as a hit or a flop. Make sure you get them right.
